New Resident?
Follow the below "Welcome Home" link to fill out your New Resident Orientation Information. Please return completed forms to your Member Services Coordinator. Orientation paperwork is required prior to move-in and in order to obtain community access devices.
Once Orientation Paperwork is complete, we will schedule a time with you to pick up parking passes and update all access device information.
All individual dwelling keys should be provided by the previous resident. If you were not provided with community access devices or mailbox keys, please check the "Need More Access Devices?" Section under the Orientation Packet section for information on pricing. Electronic access devices can be created within minutes, while mailbox keys may take up to a week for completion. Please let Wade know if you need additional access devices when you submit your orientation forms.
