Amenities

The Toscana community boast three beautiful amenity centers, each with their own sparkling pool. Indoor amenities are open from 6am-12am daily, and outdoor amenities are open from 6am-10pm daily. As a reminder, per Maricopa County, glass is not permitted in pool areas, and food and beverages must be at least four feet from the water's edge. Additionally, smoking of any substance is not permitted within 20 feet of any amenity space.

 

Located on the west side of the Toscana property, Palazzo Grande hosts the community's largest pool. The outdoor space also features a lit gas grill area, to enjoy your favorite food poolside, and a covered spa. As you enter the large wooden door on the north side of the building, passing through the two impressive fire-cauldron columns, you will be met with Palazzo Grande's recently-renovated, fully-equipped gym to the left, and steam rooms, showers and even a private massage room to the right. Heading up the elevator at the center of the entryway, residents can head left to enjoy a full resident-use kitchen and dining area, where many of Toscana's resident-run clubs meet for games like Mahjong, Hand & Foot and Poker. The glass panel wall opens up to an expansive outdoor patio, furnished with cabana-style loungers to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather, taking advantage of the cooling effects of the pool below. Heading right from the elevators, residents are greeted with a living space, complete with cozy fire feature and large-screen television, and a billiards room just through the glass-panel doors. The billiards room is fully-equipped with everything you need to play a game of pool with your friends. Inside the billiards room, you will also find Toscana's Lending Library, a resident-run space for community members to "take a book, leave a book" in order to help neighbors immerse themselves in literature. This room is also where you can locate the night manager's office.

 

Heading across Toscana's main drive, you will find Palazzo Centro. This amenity space offers a beautiful pool, featuring rock waterfalls and a spa, as well as an outdoor gas grill area. Inside the warm, wooden front door on the north side of this amenity center, you will be greeted with your on-site management team. Your administrative assistant, lifestyle director, communications/concierge director, maintenance supervisor, assistant community manager and community manager are all located in this space during regular business hours. The on site team is always happy to help you with Association questions, community access, event updates, common-area maintenance concerns, and more! Be sure to stop by and say 'hi!' Residents can also enjoy the business center housed in Palazzo Centro, which has computers and a printer available for resident use. Heading down the hallway of offices, residents are welcome to use Toscana's copier/fax machine, located on the right-hand side of the hall, or head down to the Media Center located through the large wooden door at the end of the hall. The Media Center features a small kitchenette, large-screen television, and lounge area.

 

Toscana's only residential building that also features an amenity-space, Building 10 is jam-packed with resident fun. Entry to the amenity space is located along the sidewalk between Toscana's Building 10 and the Montreux apartments next door. Walking along this path, residents are greeted with Toscana's newest pool and spa area to the left, and a gas grill area just through the gate approaching the building. Heading through the glass door on the left-hand side, residents can enjoy a nice shower or steam in the restroom area on the left, or head to the property-s newest, fully-equipped gym, on the right. If you go up the stairwell located on the left as you enter the gym, residents will be greeted with an expansive sitting area featuring a dual-sided fireplace, multiple large-screen televisions, billiards tables, and a full demonstration kitchen. This space also hosts a glass-panel conference room, complete with television for presentations, Toscana's yoga room (check the calendar for a schedule of classes!), and a game room that includes: arcade games, video game consoles, ping pong, and even foosball!
