TOSCANA - MOVE IN/OUT POLICY

Welcome to Luxury Resort Living: Toscana of Desert Ridge. Toscana is a private and gated community that provides luxury living to all of it's residents with a full-time Lifestyle Director, Concierge Director, and an on site Management Staff that will be there to help you with any questions you have. 

With a luxury resort come luxurious amenities that only you and your guests are privlidged to use. In order to protect the lifestyle and privacy of residents in this upscale community, the Board of Directors requires that ALL moving activity (in or out) be scheduled with the HOA.

Please be advised that effective July 15, 2009 no moving vehicles will be admitted to the community without a validated moving pass. Please contact the HOA at 480-585-0808 for more information.

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO AT TOSCANA!

If you have ever wondered what to do on a Friday night, wonder no more.

Toscana of Desert Ridge provides our residents and guests with a free happy hour each Friday from 4 to 7pm at the Fiesta Kitchen inside the Palazzo Grande. We will serve a wide array of snack foods and have plenty drinks for you and your guests. Our staff is always on hand at these events to refill your wine or answer any questions about the community.

Generally on the last Friday of the month, Toscana of Desert Ridge will hold our traditional "Taste of Toscana". This is where a local restaurant will come on site or the residents will go off site for a private party with drinks and food often provided; and again, this is all free!  

Along with the Happy Hours and Taste of Toscana events, the staff will provide you with a wide variety of events for the kids in the family, the adults and everyone in between. Toscana also provides residents with access to classes and clubs that are just for you and your neighbors. We have everything from Poker Clubs to Mahjong, Water Aerobics to Yoga.
